Summary
We are looking for an experienced Pega Systems Architect (SA) with 4+ years of hands-on experience working as a practicing SA across multiple accounts. The ideal candidate should be a Certified Pega Systems Architect with strong expertise in Pega application architecture, rules and tools, integrations, debugging, and enterprise application development.
The candidate should have at least 1 year of international work experience in Australia, Europe, or the US, along with strong experience working in Agile and DevOps environments. Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Work as a Pega Systems Architect across multiple projects/accounts, providing technical and architectural guidance.
- Design and implement scalable Pega solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
- Provide deep technical expertise across Pega UI, Flows, Flow Actions, Harness, Integrations, Agents, and Activities.
- Troubleshoot and debug Pega applications using Tracer, Clipboard, SMA, and Live UI.
- Manage Pega rules and application components using export/import tools, skimming, and bulk processing.
- Work closely with business, functional, technical, and cross-functional teams to deliver effective solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across international teams and manage technical discussions effectively.
- Follow Agile and DevOps methodologies throughout the application development and delivery lifecycle.
- Support application performance, technical issue resolution, and production troubleshooting.
- Contribute to Pega application upgrades, migrations, and modernization initiatives where required.
- Ensure solutions comply with enterprise security, integration, and development standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience as a practicing Pega Systems Architect (SA) across multiple accounts/projects.
- Must be a Certified Pega Systems Architect (SA).
- Minimum 1 year of international work experience in Australia, Europe, or the US.
- Strong experience working in Agile and DevOps environments.

- Knowledge of Pega Robotics.
- Understanding of API standards and integration best practices.
- Knowledge of enterprise security protocols and standards.
- Experience with Pega application upgrades and migrations.
- Experience with database upgrades/migrations in Pega environments.
- Additional experience in enterprise Pega architecture, modernization, or platform transformation initiatives.
Pay: $90,000.00 – $130,000.00 per year
