About the Role
The Quality Audit and Compliance Lead manages and coordinates the development, implementation and evaluation of quality assurance activities to ensure the high quality of legal services, consistent administrative decision making.
About You
You are an analytical professional with experience in compliance, audit work, training, or quality assurance (highly desirable), ideally gained within a legal environment. You bring strong attention to detail, leadership capability, and a collaborative approach, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
You have legal practice experience and/or a tertiary qualification in auditing (desirable), supported by complementary skills aligned to this role including stakeholder engagement, data analysis, problem-solving and supporting and developing your team. You are confident in applying data-driven insights to identify risks, trends, and opportunities for improvement, demonstrating strong risk management capability.
A proactive communicator, you maintain accurate records, support audit processes, and provide clear, evidence-based advice, with a focus on continuous improvement and delivering consistent, high-quality outcomes.

Essential Requirements
Hold Australian or NZ citizenship, Australian Permanent Residency or a valid visa to work in Australia.
