We’re not just looking for another pair of hands. We're searching for an experienced Team Leader to help lead the day-to-day flow of the practice - someone who brings a reliable, proactive approach and leads by example.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who takes ownership and is happy to step in wherever needed to support the team and keep the practice running smoothly.

You’ll play a key role in supporting both the team and the patient experience, working across all areas of the practice - and be a vital part of the heartbeat of the practice.
You’ll help keep things organised, efficient and ensure every patient interaction reflects the high standard we’re known for.
