Responsibilities:
- Food Preparation and Cooking:
- Prepare and cook a variety of chicken dishes with precision and attention to detail.
- Follow established recipes to maintain consistency and quality in every dish.
- Monitor cooking times, temperatures, and portion sizes to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Salad Preparation:
- Create visually appealing and flavorful salads using fresh, high-quality ingredients.
- Maintain an organized and well-stocked salad station, ensuring a smooth flow of service.
- Kitchen Operations:
- Keep the kitchen area clean, sanitized, and in compliance with food safety standards.
- Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and notifying the management when supplies need replenishing.
- Collaborate with the team to streamline kitchen processes and optimize efficiency.
- Customer Service:
- Work with a positive and friendly attitude, ensuring a pleasant customer experience.
- Respond to customer inquiries and special requests, accommodating dietary restrictions when necessary.
- Team Collaboration:
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house staff to maintain a harmonious working environment.
- Assist in training new kitchen team members and sharing your culinary expertise.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Chef, Cook, or Kitchen Hand, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a high-pressure setting.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and a passion for delivering outstanding culinary experiences.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
