With a venue renovation on the horizon, we are seeking an experienced and inspirational Venue Manager to lead The Parky through this transformative period and help shape its future while preserving everything the local community loves about it.

As Venue Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership and performance of the venue, delivering exceptional guest experiences while fostering strong connections with the local community.
You will play a pivotal role in guiding the venue through its upcoming refurbishment, working closely with operational leaders and stakeholders to ensure a seamless transition while maintaining strong business performance and team engagement.
You'll be equally comfortable leading a busy Sunday service, building relationships with regulars, coaching your leadership team, analysing financial performance, and helping bring a refreshed vision for The Parky to life.
