As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in helping older Australians live safely, independently and confidently in their own homes. Working closely with clients, families, care teams and health professionals, you will provide clinical expertise, compassionate care and proactive support that enhances quality of life and wellbeing.

This is a permanent full-time opportunity, working Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm and based on-site at Castle Hill Village.
As a Registered Nurse, you will deliver clinical care and nursing support to clients living within our Seniors Communities. You will conduct clinical assessments, monitor client health, contribute to care planning and provide nursing interventions that support clients to remain safe and well in their chosen environment.
You will play a key role in ensuring clinical assessments, care plans and clinical documentation are current, comprehensive and regularly reviewed to support ongoing clinical compliance, best practice and quality resident outcomes. You will also monitor high-risk residents, coordinate follow-up care following hospital discharge, and respond proactively to changes in residents' health and wellbeing.
Working autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team, you will ensure clinical needs are identified, documented and actioned in line with aged care standards, regulatory requirements and Anglicare's commitment to person-centred care.
