As Manager Workforce Strategy, you will lead a specialist HR team to deliver strategic workforce initiatives that shape organisational capability and culture.
Partnering across the department, you will drive evidence-based people strategies that support performance, engagement and inclusion while aligning with broader government priorities. This is an opportunity to influence at a senior level and deliver meaningful organisational outcomes.
In this role, you will:
- Lead, develop and support the Workforce Strategy team to deliver high performance outcomes
- Provide strategic leadership in the design, delivery and continuous improvement of workforce initiatives
- Partner with stakeholders across the department to deliver client-focused HR solutions
- Deliver workforce planning, employee engagement, onboarding, leadership and inclusion initiatives
- Provide evidence-based HR consultancy advice to inform strategic decisions
- Prepare high level correspondence including briefings, reports and strategic messaging.
What experience you will bring:
- Demonstrated ability to lead, build and sustain an engaged and connected team
- Proven experience delivering strategic HR projects and organisational change initiatives
- Ability to build productive working relationships and partner with stakeholders to achieve outcomes
- Strong analytical capability to interpret workforce data and provide actionable insights
- Experience applying diversity and inclusion principles in HR program design and delivery.
Whilst there are no mandatory qualifications needed for this role, relevant qualifications will be highly regarded.
