About The Role
We are on the hunt for superstar Cafe Manager at our Sanchurros store in Eaton WA for Full Time Position
With passion for creating sweet moments for our customers, you’ll be responsible for:
- Supervising and providing feedback to a large team to deliver the ‘sweetest’ experience and products
- Providing direction on tasks and helping to motivate the team to reach their highest potential
- Supporting the duty Managers with store operations and standards
- Maintaining cafe presentation to wow our customers
About You
The San Churro Familia is passionate about creating memorable experiences for our customers and we take on this mission with passion, pride, and a sense of adventure. Along with sharing these values, you’ll also need:
- Prior experience working in a hospitality environment is must.
- Barista experience is must
- Team player
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work during peak trading days and hours
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Manager
