ALL PLUS PTY LTD is an Australian company specialising in custom cabinetry, residential joinery, renovations, and commercial fit-out projects across Canberra and surrounding regions.
Due to continued business growth and increasing project demand, we are seeking a qualified and experienced Carpenter to join our team on a full-time basis.
Our services include:
- Custom cabinetry and joinery
- Kitchen and bathroom renovations
- Commercial and office fit-outs
- Wardrobes and storage solutions
- Timber framing and finishing works
- Installation of doors, wall panels, and fittings
- General residential and commercial carpentry works
Key Responsibilities
- Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and install timber and joinery materials
- Carry out cabinetry, carpentry, and fit-out installation works
- Install doors, panels, shelving, cabinets, and fittings
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently
- Inspect and repair timber structures, fixtures, and fittings where required
- Maintain quality workmanship standards across projects
- Coordinate with supervisors, subcontractors, and other tradespeople
- Follow workplace health and safety requirements at all times
Qualifications & Experience
- Certificate III in Carpentry or equivalent qualification
- Current White Card
- Minimum 5 years relevant industry experience
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and drawings
- Strong attention to detail and workmanship
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment

Salary
Annual salary between AUD $80,000 – $90,000 plus superannuation, depending on skills and experience.
