About the role
Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of work, an exciting newly created opportunity has become available for a Lawyer to join our Commercial Litigation team in Melbourne on a permanent, full time basis.
Working closely with leading commercial litigators, this hands-on role will see you manage your own smaller litigation files while also assisting on larger, complex matters across a diverse range of areas, including commercial litigation, restructuring and insolvency.
You will act for high net worth individuals and leading businesses, gaining exposure to complex contractual disputes, property disputes, and restructuring and insolvency matters, as well as a broad mix of other challenging and interesting work.

About you
Our ideal candidate will have 2–3 years’ PAE, with demonstrated experience in commercial litigation and a genuine interest in developing their career in this space.
While prior experience in restructuring and insolvency is advantageous, it is not essential, a strong interest in this area and a willingness to learn will be highly regarded.
With clients at the centre of everything we do, you will bring a strong client service focus and a commercial, pragmatic approach to your work.
