St Aloysius is small Catholic co-educational primary school in Redan, a suburb of Ballarat.
Established originally in 1876, the school moved to its present site in 1882. For the majority of time since foundation, the Loreto Sisters have staffed St Aloysius, providing a strong commitment to providing excellent educational opportunities to the children of the gold mining community. Now under the leadership of a lay principal, St Aloysius provides fully refurbished facilities in a modern and safe physical environment.
