The Role:
We're looking for a self-motivated and enthusiastic Physiotherapist/Exercise Physiologist to join our multidisciplinary team. This role is ideal for an individual who excels in a collaborative, client-focused environment and is eager to make a meaningful impact in the Dural community. The contract will offer 40-50% commission on total individual revenue based on your experience.
In addition to commission earnings, a 3-month retention incentive is offered to eligible candidates.
The position requires a minimum commitment of 3 days per week (required) with the option to increase hours/days to full-time based on availability and client demand. We offer flexibility to help you build a schedule that suits your lifestyle and goals. Designed for a clinician who values both impact and balance, this opportunity offers a condensed caseload delivered over 3-5 days.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide thorough assessments, diagnoses, and evidence-based treatment plans for a range of musculoskeletal, neurological, and/or sports-related conditions.
- Collaborate with clients to set and achieve individualised treatment goals.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation in line with professional standards.
- Work closely with other health professionals as part of an integrated care team.
- Educate and empower clients on injury prevention and self-management strategies.
- Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and ongoing professional development.
About You:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy / Exercise Physiology (or equivalent).
- Current AHPRA/ESSA registration.
- Professional Indemnity Insurance.
- Permanent Australian resident.
- Enjoys hands-on manual therapy and is confident in delivering it.
- Can progress patients to active rehab using exercise-based therapy.
- Thrives on building long-term relationships with your patients.
- Brings energy, curiosity, and compassion to your clinical work.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong clinical reasoning and a patient-first mindset.

Desirable:
- Experience in private practice and/or sports and musculoskeletal rehabilitation.
- Interest in sports physiotherapy/physiology and working with athletes.
- Additional training in dry needling, manual therapy and women's health physiotherapy.
