Our strength lies with our people.
About the role
Join VACCA’s Family Services team and make a real difference in the lives of Aboriginal children and families. As a Case Manager, you’ll walk alongside families, building strong, trusting relationships and empowering them to share their stories in their own way.
Working within a supportive multidisciplinary team, you’ll provide culturally safe, trauma-informed support that strengthens family wellbeing and promotes self determination. By collaborating closely with parents, carers and community partners, you’ll help create positive outcomes for children and families through compassion, advocacy and meaningful connection.
About You
You are passionate about walking alongside Aboriginal children and families with empathy, respect and cultural understanding. You know how to build trust through genuine connection and trauma-informed practice, helping families feel heard, safe and empowered to share their stories in their own way.
You bring experience supporting families to build confidence, strengthen parenting and life skills, and connect with culture, community and opportunities for healing. Working collaboratively with children, parents, carers and key partners, you create safe spaces where families can grow in strength, resilience and hope while actively shaping the decisions that impact their lives.
