Rustica Highpoint is a busy, high-volume café known for great food, coffee, and customer experience. We're looking for an experienced Floor Supervisor to lead our front of house team and help keep service running smoothly during peak periods.
About the Role
We're seeking a confident and experienced Front of House Floor Supervisor to oversee daily floor operations, lead the team, and ensure every customer has a great experience from the moment they walk in. You'll be hands-on across customer service, order taking, food presentation, and team management, while creating a friendly, positive environment for both staff and guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service and manage order taking
- Oversee food presentation standards
- Lead, support, and manage the front of house team day-to-day
- Handle conflict resolution calmly and professionally
- Foster a friendly, positive, and collaborative team culture
- Ensure smooth floor operations during busy service periods
What You'll Bring
- 2–3 years' experience in a supervisory role
- 3–4 years' front of house experience in a busy café environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to stay calm and organized under pressure
- A customer-first mindset and genuine team spirit
