NET Automation is an Australian owned industrial business which is the distributor for Camozzi Automation, Italy’s largest pneumatics manufacturer, which we supply to the Asia-Pacific region. To complement the Camozzi range, we stock other European products to supply complete solutions to customers.
We are a national business with our head office and warehouse in Knoxfield, Victoria.

We are seeking an Internal Salesperson with a technical aptitude to join our team at NET Automation.
Customer Interaction:
Manage day-to-day interaction with customers, aiming to provide them with a positive experience by being proactive, knowledgeable and overall pleasant to deal with
· Answering inbound calls and emails, making outbound calls and sending emails.
· Promptly address customer questions and concerns about products or services, resolving customer complaints effectively and escalating issues when necessary.
· Processing or generation of quotes, orders, returns and credit card payments.
· Process sales records from Inquiry to the Delivery stage.
· Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of products.
· Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions with the ERP and other systems as required.
Sales Contribution:
Identify opportunities to expand relationships with customers / prospects and contribute to the improvement of the business
· Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services.
· Identify and collaborate with the external sales team on sales leads and opportunities.
· Build and maintain customer relationships.
· Follow up on open quotes, in collaboration with the sales team.
· Record lost sales and provide reports to management.
General:
Contribute to continuous improvement, safety and a positive organisational culture
· Collaborate with other departments within NET Automation and/ or the customer directly and/ or support other team members as required.
· Support NET Automation policies and procedures.
· Continually be up to date on product knowledge.
· Support other roles directly during periods of high workloads (help receive stock, help pack etc)
· Follow OHS policies and procedures
· Identify and communicate areas for improvement within the organisation
· Other tasks as may be required by management from time to time
Pay: From $52,880.00 per year
