New Wave Care is growing across the Sunshine Coast and we are urgently looking for experienced Complex Care Support Workers to join our team.
We have multiple positions available with plenty of hours for the right people, with opportunities to support participants with a range of complex support needs.
We are looking for Support Workers who are confident, capable and compassionate. People who can step into a shift, understand what needs to be done, work safely and professionally, and most importantly, build genuine relationships with the people they support.
You may be supporting participants with complex physical needs, personal care, manual handling, hoist transfers, medication management, community access and other daily living supports.
To be considered for these roles, you will need:
- Previous experience working in complex care
- Experience with manual handling and hoist transfers
- Experience supporting participants with personal care
- Current First Aid & CPR
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
- Driver’s license
- Reliable, fully insured vehicle
