The Opportunity:
Join Gold Fields’ Community Relations team and help manage stakeholder relationships, social risks and community engagement across our exploration and operational portfolio. A key focus of the role is supporting native title relationships, agreement compliance and positive outcomes for Traditional Owners and local communities.
We have two maximum term contract opportunities for 12-18 months. These roles are offered on an 8/6 roster and is available either FIFO from Perth or on a residential basis in the Goldfields Region (Kambalda, Kalgoorlie, or Coolgardie).

What You’ll Do:
Build strong relationships with native title and community stakeholders
Coordinate engagement and consultation activities
Support cultural heritage work across operations and projects
Ensure compliance with native title and heritage agreements
Work with internal teams to align community initiatives with business goals
Help align social performance practices with global standards (ICMM, UNDRIP, UNGPs)
What You’ll Bring:
Experience in stakeholder engagement, native title, and cultural heritage management, ideally within mining/resources
Strong knowledge of legislation and global standards
Proven ability to build relationships and facilitate stakeholder dialogue
Tertiary qualification in social performance, community development or related fields (desirable)
Current manual driver’s licence
