Details: Working with a high performing team of insurance claims specialists, you will be responsible for the management of the Authority's Claims Team. You will work collaboratively with other senior leaders within the business and contribute more broadly to the leadership of ACTIA as part of the leadership team. You will be a people focussed leader who understands the needs of a busy team managing high value, high impact matters. You will be responsible for developing the capability of staff within the team across multiple classes of both business and statutory classes. You will be expert at building relationships with both your team and stakeholders external to ACTIA. ACTIA enjoys flexible work arrangements. Eligibility/Other Requirements: Experience in a leadership role in an insurance environment will be highly regarded.
