A day in the life
As a Regional Manager for Ghanda Clothing, you will have direct responsibility for:

Training and developing 5 - 8 Store Managers and their teams through facilitating training sessions, regular store visits, check-ins, performance evaluations and reviews

Monitoring store/team performance - customer service, store presentation, visual merchandising, stock management & staffing

Ensuring effective succession planning through proactive recruitment, onboarding and training
-
Monitoring store rosters and performance metrics to drive efficiencies and ensure continued growth
-
Ensuring the following standards are in accordance with company expectations: training programmes, loss prevention protocols, safety measures, store cleanliness & maintenance reporting

Coordinating the opening of new stores including staffing, stocking, and training
About you
We’ll know you’re the one if you’re someone with:

Demonstrated experience as a senior team leader, Multi-Site, Cluster or Regional Manager

Extensive experience in people management, visual merchandising, & inventory control
-
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
-
Analytical and commercial acumen
-
Their own reliable mode of transport and valid driver's license
