The Role:
This role is responsible for inspecting components, assemblies, and finished products to ensure they meet customer specifications, engineering standards, and company quality requirements.
Working closely with Production and Engineering teams, you will play a key role in maintaining product quality, identifying issues, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities:

Conduct quality inspections on incoming materials, components, assemblies, and finished products
- Perform inspections throughout the production process to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards
- Review drawings, technical specifications, and documentation to verify product requirements
- Identify, record, and report non-conformances and quality issues
- Complete inspection reports, quality records, and documentation accurately
- Support investigations into production and quality issues with Engineering and Production teams
- Provide guidance to production teams on quality requirements and improvement opportunities
- Assist with developing and maintaining inspection checklists and quality processes
Skills & Experience:

Previous experience in a Quality Control / Quality Assurance Inspector role within manufacturing, engineering, fabrication, or industrial environments
- Strong understanding of quality inspection processes, testing methods, and compliance requirements
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Strong attention to detail with excellent documentation skills
- Experience identifying defects, non-conformances, and supporting corrective actions
- Good communication skills with the ability to work with Production and Engineering teams
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Relevant QA/QC certification or inspection training is a plus
