As Centre Manager, you will lead the day-to-day operations of the service while inspiring your team to deliver excellence in early education.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading, mentoring and developing a high-performing team of educators
- Managing centre operations in line with company policies, compliance requirements and financial targets
- Building strong relationships with families, children and the wider community
- Driving occupancy through local engagement, community partnerships and strategic marketing initiatives
- Supporting the centre to achieve and maintain Meeting or Exceeding outcomes under the National Quality Standard
- Creating a positive, inclusive and engaging culture where both children and team members thrive
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
- Proven experience as a Centre Manager within an early childhood setting
- A current Working with Children Check
- Strong leadership and people development skills
- Experience managing compliance, operational performance and occupancy targets
- A passion for delivering exceptional outcomes for children, families and educators
