Disability Support Worker – Footscray, VIC
VIP Support provides personalised support to people in their homes and communities.
We are currently seeking a reliable, patient and engaging Disability Support Worker to support a 7-year-old child in the Footscray area.
This is a casual/part-time role with regular weekly shifts. Applications are welcome from both male and female support workers.
Requirements
✔ ABN (preferred)
✔ Experience supporting children with autism or additional needs
✔ NDIS Worker Screening Check
✔ Working with Children Check (WWCC)
✔ Reliable, patient and confident working with children
✔ Good English communication skills
Highly Desirable
✔ Previous experience working in a specialist/special school or educational setting supporting children with additional needs
✔ Certificate III or IV in Disability, Individual Support, Community Services or a related field
