In this role, you'll:
Work as part of a team focussing on safer people outcomes through the administration and management of system restrictions and supporting other areas of the business with enquiries pertaining to the integrity of records and licensing programs.
You will navigate the various systems and databases to support the work of the Licence Integrity unit monitoring the inbox, triaging and allocating work and where possible be proactive in responding to queries and actions.
Please note that this is an onsite role based in Parramatta 5 days pw.

About you
Your excellent communication skills, strong administrative and clerical skills, good eye for detail and ability to read and interpret legislation will see you excel in this role leading to fast accurate customer outcomes.
You're recognised as proactive and energetic with the ability to "think outside the box" supporting the team by responding to stakeholders where possible and facilitating the smooth transition of activities of the unit.
Your skills and knowledge which you have developed while working in fast paced high volume environments and your ability to provide excellent customer service while maintaining confidentiality will equip you well for this role.
