Opening July 2026, Zanobia is an exciting new premium Lebanese restaurant set to become a standout dining destination in Barangaroo. We are looking for a talented and experienced Bar Manager to create and lead an exceptional beverage program that complements our premium food offering.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all bar operations and service.
- Recruit, train, and develop bartenders and bar staff.
- Design and maintain cocktail, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverage menus.
- Ensure beverage quality, consistency, and presentation standards.
- Manage stock control, ordering, and supplier relationships.
- Monitor beverage costs, wastage, and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with RSA and liquor licensing requirements.
- Create innovative cocktails and beverage experiences.
- Deliver exceptional guest engagement and service.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient bar operation.
Skills & Experience
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Bar Manager or senior bartender in a leadership role.
- Extensive knowledge of cocktails, wine, spirits, and premium beverage service.
- Strong stock control and cost management experience.
- Current NSW RSA Certificate.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- Experience in premium dining venues is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of Lebanese-inspired beverages or Middle Eastern hospitality is an advantage.

Pay: $58,060.50 – $85,529.95 per year
