Our opportunity
Are you passionate about guiding positive change for children, families and individuals in the Central Highlands region? Join Cafs, a values-driven organisation as a Community Advisory Committee Member. This voluntary role contributes to the quality governance of Cafs. As a Community Advisory Committee Member, you will participate in regular evaluation and monitoring of performance to inform improvement and present your perspective to help inform quality and safe services.
About you
We are looking for a motivated, values-driven individuals who reflect the diversity of the community, can demonstrate their ability to perform a representational role and contribute positively to projects.

Our Organisation
Cafs (Child and Family Services Ballarat) is an independent community service organisation based in Ballarat for over 160 years. We provide over 50 programs across a range of service areas providing care for clients within communities across the central highland region. Our practice is underpinned by our preferred model of care Trust Based Relationship Intervention (TBRI) with our organisational values of Respect, Innovation, Collaboration, Kindness and Integrity at the forefront of everything we do.
