What You'll Be Doing
- Help create a safe, comfortable day where the person you support can feel independent and in control
- Support everyday routines, including personal care, in a way that protects dignity and choice
- Get out into the community and support meaningful activities and connections beyond the home
- Build trust through consistency, clear communication and a genuinely person-centred approach
- Work alongside the wider support team to provide reliable, thoughtful care
You're The Right Person If...
- You’re genuinely person-centred and understand that good support starts with listening to what matters to the person
- You have experience providing personal care and are confident supporting someone with dignity and respect
- You’re a clear communicator who works well as part of a team while being comfortable working independently
- You’re reliable, patient and able to build a consistent, trusting relationship over time
- You hold a P2 or Open Driver Licence, have access to your own reliable vehicle, and hold the relevant NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check
