About the Role: Based at our corporate head office at 99 Walker Street, North Sydney, we have an exciting opportunity for a Capital Project Coordinator to join our Capital Works team. Reporting to the Capital Works Manager, you will support the planning, coordination and delivery of small-scale capital works and store transition activities across our Australian and New Zealand portfolio.
This varied role will involve coordinating project documentation, schedules, suppliers and stakeholders to help ensure refurbishments, upgrades, remedial works and store transitions are delivered efficiently on time and in line with operational and compliance requirements. Travel across our Australian and New Zealand portfolio will be required, generally around twice per month depending on project requirements.
What you will need:
- 1–3 years’ experience in project coordination, facilities coordination, construction administration, operations or a similar role
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities, schedules and documentation
- Experience coordinating suppliers, contractors, procurement activities and project updates
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong attention to detail
- Confident communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships across teams
- Competence using digital tools and systems for workflow, reporting and document control
- Exposure to property, capital works or operational readiness is advantageous
- A relevant certificate or diploma in project management, property, construction or business is preferred
- Ability and willingness to travel as required, generally twice per month
