Sales Consultant Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition & Business Development
- Property sales and investment advice
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
- Compliance and professional standard
- Strong communication skills with both clients and internal staff
- Willingness to participate in additional industry training/event
Requirements:
- Preferably 1+ years of experience as a sales agent (although not essential)
- Strong learning ability and willingness to take initiative
- Possession of a current Agents Representative Certificate
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Proficiency in any second language would be beneficial
