At Success Tutoring, we believe in nurturing a love for learning from an early age. Our programs are designed to help young learners (ages 1–10) build strong foundations in English and Mathematics through engaging, interactive, and supportive teaching methods.
We’re looking for passionate and patient Tutors who can create a fun and structured learning environment to help each child reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging lessons in English and Mathematics tailored to children aged 1–10 years old.
- Design or adapt lesson plans to suit individual learning levels and styles.
- Provide regular feedback to parents on student progress and areas for improvement.
- Encourage curiosity, confidence, and a love for learning.
- Maintain a positive and safe classroom environment.
- Prepare worksheets, activities, and simple assessments to track learning outcomes.
- Collaborate with other tutors and center management to maintain high teaching standards.
Requirements:
- Experience teaching or tutoring children (preferably 1–10 years old).
- Strong command of English and/or Mathematics.
- Patience, enthusiasm, and strong communication skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate young learners.
- Teaching qualifications (e.g., Certificate IV in Education Support, Bachelor in Education, or similar) — preferred but not mandatory.
- Working With Children Check (WWCC) or willingness to obtain one
