About the role
This is a casual opportunity working from Thursday to Sunday in our display homes, making it ideal for someone looking for flexibility while building their career in the residential construction industry.
As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and informative experience for every visitor.
Responsibilities include:
- Acknowledging and engaging with all clients that walk into display home
- Walk clients through homes demonstrating all premium and standard inclusions
- Hand out appropriate brochures
- Use Counters to track No. of groups that have visited the display per day
- Completion of Weekly Traffic Report
- Support Sales Consultants with administrative tasks
About you
You will bring experience from a customer facing role and have a genuine interest in the building and property industry. You are proactive, confident engaging with people, and motivated to learn and grow.
You will take an active approach in order to:
Visiting competitor displays to stay informed on the market
Building relationships with Home and Land agents and gathering land listings
Continuously learning about our products, inclusions and offerings
