This is a permanent, full-time position, offering the opportunity to lead projects across a diverse portfolio while working alongside an experienced and supportive team.

Role and Responsibilities:
As a Contract Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in managing the cost and revenue aspects of our projects. Your responsibilities will include:
Negotiating, planning, organising, and controlling project costs.
Managing trade packages to ensure smooth project execution and resource allocation.
Identifying and managing project cost and procurement risks with urgency.
Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Ensuring compliance with the Building Code of Australia and Work Health & Safety Act.
About YOU — your skills and qualifications
Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field - or similar experience.
Familiarity with Construction Software, Procore, and Hammertech advantageous.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence outcomes.
Highly organised with good time management and the ability to work under pressure.
Strong team player with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
