Reporting directly to the Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the organisation, ensuring high-quality service delivery, regulatory compliance, staff leadership, and continuous business improvement.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the Aged Care and NDIS programs.
- Supervise and support Case Managers, Care Coordinators, Support Coordinators, and Administration staff.
- Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards, NDIS Practice Standards, and all relevant legislation.
- Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Monitor service quality, operational performance, and business outcomes.
- Support recruitment, staff development, performance management, and workforce planning.
- Manage budgets and operational resources efficiently.
- Build strong relationships with clients, families, government agencies, and community stakeholders.
- Contribute to strategic planning and organisational growth.
Essential Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' experience in the Aged Care or NDIS sector in a Supervisory or Management role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong written and spoken Mandarin Chinese language skills.
- Formal qualifications in Business Management, Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
- Strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Current Australian Driver Licence.
- Current National Police Check.
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
Desirable
- Experience managing Home Care Packages (HCP), Support at Home, and NDIS services.
- Knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards and NDIS Practice Standards.
- Experience working within culturally diverse communities, particularly the Chinese community.
- Financial and operational management experience.
