The Eyre and Far North Local Health Network (EFNLHN) is seeking reliable and organised administrators to join the Ceduna Casual Pool at Ceduna Multi-Purpose Service — providing flexible, on-call support that keeps our rural health service running smoothly for patients and staff alike.
What You'll Be Doing
- Delivering front-line administrative and reception services within the Ceduna MPS, ensuring patients and visitors receive a professional and welcoming experience
- Managing appointments, patient record systems, and data entry with accuracy and attention to detail
- Supporting clinical and non-clinical teams with general office tasks, correspondence, and document management
- Maintaining compliance with SA Health policies, confidentiality requirements, and relevant administrative procedures
What You'll Bring
- Demonstrated experience in an administrative, clerical, or customer-facing role
- Confidence using computer-based systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong communication skills with an ability to work sensitively with diverse community members, including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples
- An understanding of, or willingness to learn, health sector administrative processes within SA Health's frameworks
- Ability to work flexible, casual shifts across a roster as required
