Description:
Maintain a weekly connection through personal and digital communication.
Follow up with new or visiting members in a personal way.
Check in with people who may be disengaging and acknowledge milestones or significant life events.
Support the pastor by ensuring people are not overlooked.
Coordinate 1–2 worship workshops per term to equip those leading worship.
Regularly check in with worship team members for encouragement.
Gather and share resources like song lists and seasonal ideas.
Capture and share feedback to strengthen the worship culture.
Intentionally thank and encourage volunteers across all church ministries.
Create a culture of appreciation.
Identify areas where volunteers may need additional support.
Assist ministry leaders with creating and maintaining church growth systems.
Assist with basic communication, such as social media and community stories.
Maintain notice boards and key information spaces.
Undertake other duties within the scope of the role as directed by the Minister.
