As our current manager gets ready to step into our brand new Morely Galleria store, we are on the lookout for an AMAZING Store Manager to take our store in Midland Gate to the next level!
Midland is a high-energy store with strong daily trade and a diverse customer base. This is a leadership role where pace, presence, and performance matter. As Store Manager, you’ll lead a motivated DREAMTEAM, create a culture built on accountability and support, and deliver AMAZING customer experiences that keep customers coming back. With clear sales focus, KPI ownership, and the opportunity to build team capability, this role offers momentum and meaningful career progression within DECJUBA.
