General Hand – Workshop & Fleet Support

Established in 1992, Mobile Fleet Service is one of Sydney's leading fleet maintenance companies, providing servicing and repairs to corporate, government and commercial fleets.
We are currently seeking a reliable, motivated and hands-on General Hand to join our busy Silverwater workshop.
This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You'll work alongside experienced technicians, support workshop operations and play an important part in delivering outstanding service to our customers.
What You'll Be Doing
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised workshop
- Assisting technicians with workshop tasks
- Picking up and delivering customer vehicles
- Collecting and delivering automotive parts
- Providing courtesy shuttle transport for customers
- Cleaning and preparing vehicles for delivery
- Assisting with general workshop and yard duties as required
About You
To be successful in this role you will have:
- A current NSW Driver Licence
- A safe driving record
- A strong work ethic and reliable attendance
- The ability to work well within a team
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Pride in your work and attention to detail
Experience in a similar role would be an advantage, however we are happy to provide full training to the right person.
A Medium Rigid (MR) or Heavy Rigid (HR) truck licence would be highly regarded but is not essential.
