About the Role:
Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
Accurate financial daily processing and receipting of B Point and Back to School Boost Monies management.
Timely follow-up of outstanding accounts - debt management
Accurate and confidential HR / absence management recording and leave report tracking.
Compliance with Blue Card, Student Protection and mandatory training requirements
Effective coordination of relief staffing, currently Tracer Management
Timely preparation of invoices, consents and financial records
Clear communication with parents, staff, contractors and visitors
Accurate record keeping for audit and accountability purposes
Consent Management Audit
Proactive preparation for excursions, camps and school events
Excursion Planner management
Escalation of complex or sensitive matters to the appropriate Principal, Deputy Principal, Business Manager or IT Technician.
Other suitable duties, consistent with the duties and responsibilities of the position as directed by supervisor or nominated delegate.
