What You'll Be Doing
As one of our Wait Staff legends, you'll be at the heart of creating memorable dining experiences for our guests by:
- Greeting and seating guests with a friendly, professional attitude
- Taking food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Delivering meals and drinks promptly with a smile
- Clearing and resetting tables ready for the next guests
- Maintaining exceptional cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Handling guest questions and concerns professionally
- Assisting with opening and closing duties
- Processing cash and EFTPOS transactions accurately
- Creating a welcoming atmosphere and making every guest feel at home
What We're Looking For
You'll fit right in if you have:
- A current RSA Certificate (if serving alcohol)
- Excellent communication and people skills
- The ability to stay cool under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- A positive, team-first mindset
- Previous experience and a genuine passion for customer service
