TJ Ultimate Touch barbershop is seeking a skilled and experienced Hairdresser (ANZSCO 391111) to join our team on a full-time basis at our Belmont location.
The successful candidate will have experience in a wide range of cutting and styling techniques, hair treatments, and grooming services. You will bring strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and a positive, team-oriented attitude.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct client consultations to understand preferences and recommend suitable hairstyles and grooming options
- Cut, trim, and style hair using a variety of professional techniques, including scissor work, clipper fades, and razor finishes
- Provide hair colouring, scalp treatments, and conditioning services
- Perform beard trims, shaves, and moustache grooming services
- Wash and prepare hair, including scalp care treatments
- Maintain a clean, hygienic, and safe work environment, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly sanitised
- Manage appointments, process payments, and maintain accurate client records
- Work with wigs and hairpieces, including cleaning, colouring, cutting, and styling where required
Skills and Experience Required
- Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience as a Hairdresser or in a similar role
- Strong technical skills, particularly in fades, scissor work, and beard grooming
- Excellent presentation with a high level of professionalism
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
Pay: $79,423.00 per year
