AMS Technology Group Perth Pty Ltd is a respected Australian leader in commercial and industrial heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration (HVACR) services. We are growing and looking for dedicated professionals to join our expanding team. The position are required in Western Australia.
Available Positions: Electronic Instrument Trades Worker with minimum of 1 year experience.
Position: Full time
Salary: $75,000- $90,000 based on Skill Qualification and Experience.
Duties and Responsibilities of Electronic Instrument Trades Worker
· Installation of electronic controls to regulate and manage various components within an air conditioning system.
· Install electronic instruments including sensors, thermostats, and other devices responsible for monitoring temperature, humidity, and system performance.
· Upgrade existing electronic control systems to incorporate newer technologies or enhance overall system efficiency. Integrating advanced electronic components for better energy management or optimizing control algorithms for improved performance.
· Regular maintenance to ensure the longevity and reliability of electronic components in air conditioning systems.
· Be responsible for inspecting, cleaning, and repairing electronic parts to prevent malfunctions and system breakdowns.
· Examine and test various components such as compressors, fans, thermostats, and electronic controls to identify any faults or malfunctions affecting the performance of the air conditioning system.
· Repairing faulty electronic system when electronic instruments or control systems malfunction. Diagnose the issues and carry out necessary repairs. This includes troubleshooting electrical, electronic, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic aspects to restore the proper functioning of the air conditioning system.
· Repair or replace worn or defective parts, including electrical wiring, sensors, and mechanical components. Reassemble the equipment, ensuring that all parts are correctly installed.
· Test operating involves running the air conditioning system to verify that the adjustments and repairs have been successful and that the system operates as intended.
· Be responsible for the integration of electronic controls with mechanical components like compressors and fans, or the use of hydraulic and pneumatic systems for certain hvac applications
· Make adjustments to the equipment and control systems to optimize performance based on factors such as environmental conditions and user requirements, including calibrating thermostats, adjusting airflow, or fine-tuning electronic control parameters.
