Join Two Feet & a Heartbeat in Perth as a Tour Guide. We're looking for an energetic, charismatic guide who turns strangers into friends and delivers great customer service with ease. You'll lead walking tours through Perth and Fremantle, engaging diverse groups with your knowledge and charm, and making sure every guest leaves with lasting memories.

- A natural flair for engaging with a diverse clientele
- A strong commitment to customer service excellence
- Familiarity with Perth and Fremantle's history and culture, or an eagerness to learn
- Quick-thinking and adept at managing unexpected situations
- Physical fitness, capable of leading extensive walking tours
- HLTAID011 Provide First Aid certification
- Commitment of at least 6 months in the role
Key responsibilities
- Lead engaging, insightful walking tours around Perth and Fremantle, with captivating commentary on the area's history, culture and landmarks
- Cultivate a warm, inclusive atmosphere — acting as educator, host, facilitator and companion
- Handle a range of scenarios with professionalism and poise, prioritising guest safety and satisfaction
- Strong organisation: punctuality, time management, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Connect easily with people of all ages and backgrounds, attentively addressing guests' needs and questions
- Play an active role in a collaborative, supportive team environment
