Key Responsibilities
- Beverage Innovation: Collaborate on designing and refreshing an inventive modern Asian cocktail menu.
- Bar Operations: Maintain high operational standards, manage stock control, and coordinate supplier tastings.
- Team Leadership: Foster clear communication across FOH and BOH teams to ensure seamless service.
- Guest Experience: Deliver exceptional, memorable guest service by anticipating needs and maintaining high energy on the floor.
- Compliance & Safety: Maintain strict adherence to Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) regulations, NSW liquor licensing, and WHS standards.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience: Minimum 1 year as a Bar Supervisor in a fast-paced restaurant setting.
- Cocktail Expertise: Deep knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, spirit profiles, and modern mixology techniques.
- Wine & Beverage Knowledge: Solid understanding of wine varieties, food pairings, stock management, and inventory ordering.
- Leadership: Strong communication skills and a passion for mentoring junior bar staff.
- Certifications: RSA
What We Offer
- Base Salary: $77,000 – $80,000 per annum + Superannuation (commensurate with experience).
