We are seeking an experienced and motivated Occupational Therapist with expertise in vascular and lymphoedema management, including non-complex wound care, to join the team at Townsville University Hospital.
In this senior clinical role, you will provide high-level services to patients with vascular and lymphoedema conditions, including chronic wound and leg ulcer management. You will play a key role in service improvement, quality initiatives, and research activities, while working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centred care.
You will join a supportive and innovative department where autonomy, professional development, and continuous learning are highly valued. As part of a tertiary teaching hospital with strong links to James Cook University, you will have access to academic resources and opportunities to contribute to research and clinical excellence.

The successful candidate must hold postgraduate qualifications in lymphoedema management or have completed Certified Level 1 Lymphoedema Training that meets Australian Lymphology Association (ALA) guidelines.

Competitive salary and benefits:
We offer attractive remuneration packages and generous leave entitlements.
Base salary range: $128,169 to $137,918 p.a. (HP4)
4 to 6 weeks annual leave with 14%-17.5% loading
12.75% employer contribution to superannuation
