We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service & Support Officer to join our growing, family-oriented business. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting customers, processing orders, managing enquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience. You will work closely with our sales and production teams while maintaining strong relationships with customers through phone and email communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email
- Provide product and service information to customers
- Liaise with customers regarding orders, deliveries, and general enquiries
- Coordinate with internal sales and production teams to ensure customer requirements are met
- Assist with light packing duties and organising deliveries when required
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through professional and timely service
- Resolve customer issues and provide effective solutions

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $52,000.00 – $59,000.00 per year
