About the Role
Join the iCARE–AF Reduce Clinic and help improve outcomes for patients living with Atrial Fibrillation and Atrial Flutter. You'll deliver specialist outpatient care while working with a multidisciplinary team across metropolitan sites.
- Deliver specialist nurse-led care and education
- Lead best practice across the service
- Support care planning and continuity of care
- Mentor and guide nursing staff
- Drive quality improvement and practice change
About You
You're an experienced Registered Nurse with a passion for cardiology and delivering exceptional patient-centred care.
- Registered with NMBA and current practising certificate
- Experience in acute cardiology or critical care nursing
- Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and within multidisciplinary teams
- Experience supporting and mentoring nursing staff
