Experienced Rehabilitation Counsellor NEEDED

Our group operates across both metropolitan and regional areas of New South Wales, supporting workers, employers, and insurers throughout the rehabilitation process. We are committed to provide guidance regarding service coverage and rehabilitation support options across its network.
Our multidisciplinary team includes experienced rehabilitation counsellors, exercise physiologists, occupational therapists, and rehabilitation case managers, all working collaboratively to support clients through their recovery journey and facilitate safe, sustainable return-to-work outcomes.
We are now looking for an experienced Rehabilitation Counsellor to provide professional counselling, assessment, and rehabilitation support services to clients. In this role you will develop and implement rehabilitation plans and work collaboratively with the team to facilitate success.

Duties and Key Responsibilities:
· Assisting clients in exploring career, study, and employment pathways by assessing their skills, experience, interests, and individual circumstances.
· Providing guidance, resources, and practical support to help clients with their job seeking skills
· Conducting counselling sessions with individuals, couples, and families to address relationship and other matters
· Discussing alternative strategies and approaches to encourage positive behavioural and attitudinal change with clients
· Working with clients to develop rehabilitation plans that take into consideration their vocational and social needs
· Support individuals, including those who are physically, mentally or socially disadvantages, to reintegrate into the workforce and wider society
Experience
· At least 2 years of relevant work experience preferred
· Holds at least a relevant Bachelor degree (or higher)
· Past Experience and high technical knowledge in this industry preferred

Pay: $95,000.00 – $110,000.00 per year
