Café All-Rounder – Barista/ FOH / Runner Junior Prefered

BOTH espresso & wine is a café and wine bar in Runaway Bay. We’re passionate about delivering great coffee, fresh food, warm service, and a space that feels like home for locals.
We’re growing our small, tight-knit team of friendly, reliable, and positive people and we’re currently looking for an all-rounder who can jump in wherever needed, from running food to pouring coffees and serving customers helping out in the kitchen.
The Role:
As a café all-rounder, your day might include:
Greeting and serving customers
Taking orders and managing POS
Running food and clearing tables
Washing kitchen dishes
Making coffees (if trained) or supporting the barista
Keeping the venue clean, organised, and running smoothly
We’re especially keen on people who are proactive, love to keep busy, and bring good energy to the team.
What We’re Looking For:
Previous hospitality or customer service experience
Barista experience is a bonus (but not essential)
Friendly, reliable, and ready to learn
Can work under pressure and multitask
Positive attitude and good communication
Must be available for weekdays and weekends
