Job Summary
Take the lead in driving maintenance planning for our expanding heavy mobile fleet! Collaborate with stakeholders to build robust preventive and corrective schedules, ensure resources and instructions are ready, and reduce downtime through smart, effective planning. High-quality maintenance planning is essential to safe, efficient operations, and in this role, you’ll make a direct impact on reliability, operational efficiency, and workplace safety.
Job Statement
Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced and driven Mobile Maintenance Planner to support reliability and reduce downtime through structured planning and scheduling for our new heavy mobile fleet across our expanding Leonora operations.
Reporting to the Manager Assets, key responsibilities include:
- Develop & enhance preventative and corrective maintenance schedules
- Assist with BOM and work instructions for key planned work activities
- Plan maintenance around production schedules to minimise productivity impacts
- Analyse equipment data for predictive maintenance strategies
- Long term component replacement in line with reliability function
- Review asset strategy and rolling site maintenance plans
Work closely with reliability and asset team for critical whole of life strategies

We’re excited to hear from you if you have:
- C Class Manual Drivers Licence
- Mechanical/Electrical Trade Certificate or Engineering Degree (preferred)
- Experience in a similar role with strong knowledge of maintenance planning and CMMS (Pronto and/or AMT highly desirable)
- System proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Driven self-starter looking to grow their career
Excellent communication skills for key internal and external stakeholder engagement
