Monadelphous is seeking a Senior Project Engineer to join our Maintenance and Industrial Services Division, supporting our long-term pipeline of works in the Karratha region. The role is responsible for providing technical leadership and engineering expertise across all phases of project delivery, while mentoring project teams, building strong client relationships and driving safe, successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
-
Project coordination and delivery
-
Development of RFQ's, review of quotations, management of technical queries
-
Manage project scope, cost, schedule and risk to achieve successful delivery outcomes
-
Review and manage subcontractor and supplier performance throughout project execution
-
Oversee quality requirements and documentation, ensuring compliance with project specifications
-
Prepare and present project reports, forecasts and performance updates to internal and external stakeholders
-
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, site teams and key stakeholders
-
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project performance and delivery efficiency
-
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the site team and more junior engineers
What you’ll bring:
-
Minimum 5+ years' experience in a similar role within mining, maintenance or construction environments
-
Previous experience delivering brownfields projects and Rio Tinto Sustaining Capital works highly regarded
-
Strong commercial and contractual understanding with experience managing budgets and forecasts

Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate project execution activities
-
Sound knowledge of project controls, quality requirements and risk management principles
-
Strong technical knowledge with an ability to influence scope development and adapt to changing project requirements

Excellent written and verbal communication skills paired with strong stakeholder management capability
-
