INTRODUCTION
We're an early stage UK based health-tech startup, with customers both in Australia and New Zealand. We're looking for an Australian based team member to assist these customers with onboarding, support enquiries and potentially demo calls, albeit this last part is not essential.

BookedSolid is an AI receptionist and communications platform for allied health, automating phone calls, SMS messaging and website chat for physiotherapists, chiropractors and more, all around the world. Founded in 2024, the company has scaled with now over 400 individual healthcare clinics using the platform.
THE ROLE
The role will begin as part time, but will hopefully grow into a full time role as the company expands and onboards new customers across the world.
We're looking for someone who is open to flexible hours, open to switching to full time and/or staying long term, and enjoys being part of a young and exciting team. Ideally they have experience in either allied health, software or support.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting customers with onboarding.
- Handling customer support requests.
- Calling new sign-ups from Australia or New Zealand.
- Updating CRM log for leads and support requests.
- (possibly) carrying out demo calls.
Pay: $30.00 – $40.00 per hour
